OUR COACHES
OUR PHILOSOPHY
We prepare each private session specifically for the player we are working with and give exercises to repeat at home. Repetition is a big factor in improving skills and touches. We like to work with players at a high intensity with technical perfection. The sessions are 45-60 minutes of work. Players are invited to arrive early to get warmed up in order to get the most out of the training period. We are available to attend clients’ club games to help build a training profile and to identify areas for improvements. Sessions will also include fitness training.
